Each journey is unique, but all share one thing in common: real change begins with small, intentional steps.

Chris’ live longer better plan
My name is Chris, aged 85, and I dance with the Silver Swans at the Royal Academy of Dance! (pictured below). I suppose I’m ahead of the curve; after 35 years of working with older adults and closely following ageing research in the US, I continue to stay engaged through my subscriptions to BGS, BSRA, and UCL, where I also contribute to their research on cognition.
Chrys’ live longer better plan
About Chrys
I’m a health and fitness enthusiast, combining a youthful outlook with an active lifestyle and mindful nutrition, on a mission to live long and well! This year, when I turned 60, I resolved to spread a message of positivity about ageing as a journey to be celebrated.
I believe that we all have the power to take charge of how we live, and that we can reap the rewards of getting older. I enjoy a vegan diet, have a passion for plants and herbal remedies, practise qigong daily, and love running and exercising outdoors.
I’ve overcome cervical dysplasia, Morton’s neuroma, and the challenges of menopause with Traditional Chinese Medicine and natural methods of healing.
